Power to the device is provided from your vehicle through the OBDII port or a wire, depending on whether you have a plug-in or wired device.
The GPSNavis OBD plug-in tracker is easy to install on all cars and light and medium trucks (some older models are not supported yet). The OBD plug-in does not support new energy electric vehicles. The unit fits into the required OBDII port, which is usually located under the dashboard and within 30cm of the steering wheel.
